Homelessness is one of the biggest issues facing the country at present and especially so in Bristol.

Occasionally, Wells Road Surgery will register a homeless patient who is staying with family member, 'sofa surfing' with friends or sleeping rough on the streets.

There is support available for anyone homeless in Bristol, but sometimes it's difficult to know where to find it.

Our social prescriber Jeannie, has collated information together from various sources to help create a Homelessness Support pack, which we can give to anyone that is homeless.
