Repeat Prescriptions
If you wish to request a repeat prescription please ask at least 48 hours before you run out. Please make your request in writing.
We cannot accept phone calls as this too often leads to mistakes.
If you enclose a stamped address envelope we will happily post your prescription back to you. We can also send your prescription to the local chemist for collection.
Some local pharmacies will collect from the surgery and may deliver to the elderly or housebound, please check with your Pharmacy.
